Have you ever had a secret you just couldn’t wait to share? That’s how I’ve felt sitting on this one for the past few months… and I think the timing is finally right. Without further ado…
Deziner Tonie is going bi-coastal!
Until this year, all of our design projects have taken place in southern California, from San Diego to LA, LA to Palm Springs. Now, with our daughter raising her own family in Florida, we decided it was about time to spread our wings!
Where do we offer design-build services in CA and FL?
Southern CA: From San Diego to LA, LA to Palm Springs (our own home is in Redlands)
Palm Beach County, FL: From Palm Beach Gardens to Boca Raton, Wellington, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, and everything in between!
Why are we going bi-coastal?
Family is the biggest reason, and I won’t even bother denying it, because family is everything to us. But there are quite a few other perks I’m excited about too…
First, to be able to serve more clients. Whenever we can open up our radius, it creates more opportunities for great folks to bring us into their homes and lives.
And second, because the area is truly filled with historic homes and plenty of my favorite kind of architecture (Santa Barbara/Spanish style). To say I’m looking forward to getting my hands on more homes with history is an understatement!
What is our bread-and-butter design service?
Just in case you’re new around here, let me introduce you to what we’re all about:
We’re a husband-wife team (Tonie and Pete) and a “one-stop shop” for full-service remodeling and design.
Pete and I are both general contractors, and our team consists of specialists in every domain — custom millwork and cabinetry experts, meticulous custom window treatment pros, as well as complete interior design from these practiced hands of mine.
Our design-build philosophy? We believe that rules sometimes need to be broken (such as that one about not working with your spouse… 20 years in business and going strong!).
We’re less concerned about trends and more concerned about creating timeless, inviting, and comfortable homes that enhance your everyday life!
We approach every project on an individual basis with thoughtful attention to your ideas, needs, personality, and lifestyle.
Our goal is always the same… to create a home environment beyond what you could ever envision or dream of for yourself!
As a client, what can you expect from this bi-coastal change?
Honestly, not much will change. Because of our affiliation with Decorating Den Interiors, we are mobile — our vendors follow us wherever we go, and we have support systems set up throughout North America. (We’re so grateful to already have this in place!)
That said, we will, of course, need to schedule everything carefully in advance. We will plan our schedule around your schedule and deadlines, so please be upfront about them from the get-go!
